Well the holidays are over and I had gone down to Connecticut to see family and friends.  I did get to meet up with a few new facebook friends, which was nice.  We went out to eat at Red Lobster, one of my favorite places to eat.  We had a good time together talking and having a good time.  But all fun things must come to an end and had to depart.  I had to return to the house to be with my family and play with the nieces and nephews, and even that things had to come to an end too because I also had to get back to Vermont.

Busy time of year

Surprised gift

So I went to the post office to see what mail I have for today and there was a package waiting for me.  When I got home, I immediately opened the package to see what it was.  Beautiful cotton socks attached with a letter from a sub back in Maine as he knew that I had moved to Vermont and figured I needed it.
